TAWLET X INKED

Oct 10   -  Oct 15

LEBANESE CULTURE SERVED ON A PLATE

Tawlet is a "mom’s kitchen and table” concept, where everyday a different cook, from a different region of Lebanon will be sharing dishes drawing on their own history, traditions, and hometown flavors.

Tawlet tells a story about Lebanon, of a land, of people, of their roots and origins, through the one expression that travels through time and space: FOOD.

MAKE FOOD NOT WAR

A simple message with profound meaning in Lebanon and abroad.

The Cooks of Tawlet were at INKED from October 10th to the 15th 2016, hosting a series of dinners, brunches and workshops and telling their stories with recipes from the South, the North and from Armenia, all freshly prepared in INKED’s kitchens.

INKED is continuously inspired by those who define creativity, ingenuity, and dedication in the food world and is proud to have hosted this exciting collaboration.
