Here’s where we get our hands dirty - by observing, measuring, experimenting and learning.

During the long arduous summer, escape the heat and the onset of boredom and expand your culinary potential during our series of inspiring workshops in and around the topics of food. Whether you are playful and inquisitive when it comes to your home cooking, or you are totally meat obsessed, the workshops will cover everything from how to create the perfect dessert from a supermarket shelf, to a workshop rightfully-titled The Beef Club, for all apprentice meat lovers wishing to gen up on how to get the most from your topside.

The first series of workshops will launch on July 13Th for a maximum of 10 seats per class. Details below:

Deconstructed desserts

Chef Hadrien Villedieu’s favorite obsession: to deconstruct. Forget the classic way of making desserts and learn to make them the "arty way”. A three hours intensive class that will teach a selection of pastry basics, how to create and break apart different dessert elements, and how to plate them differently.

Superette desserts

Childhood candies and chocolates are making a huge come back in this workshop. Use supermarket sweets and off the shelf goods to create a series of delicious grown up desserts for your last minute dinners. This workshop will give you the freedom to create your own personalized desserts in no time.

The Beef Club

Welcoming all meet lovers who want to upgrade their skills, this class will teach you how to choose and buy your cuts, how to cut it the perfect way, cooking and timing techniques and even how to age your meats.
